American Idol, the most popular U.S. television show, had an amazing show lastnight. I loved the guests and their awesome performances. It was an unbelievable show, one great performance after another. Rod Stewart, Lionel Richie, Keith Urban, Kiss and more awesome talents giving terrific performances. What a night! In a record high of nearly 100 million votes, Arkansas college student, Kris Allen won American Idol 2009.

I think the judges were so stuck on Adam Lambert week after week after week, making other equally talented Idol contestants, including Kris Allen, the underdogs. Some people hate the unfairness. Adam Lambert undeniably has unbelievable range but his range is constantly the same tone and most of his songs sound the same to me.

Anyways, Adam Lambert and Kris Allen have incredible talent and will go very far in the industry. I like both of them but I did try to vote for one of them. I picked my choice by the music that I want to listen to. Not two people like the same style, music, and artistry . The voting lines were open for four hours. I tried several times but I couldn’t get through, the lines were all busy. If people can’t get a line, it means there’s a lot of people calling for the same Idol contestant. No wonder he won ☺.
